At Meri Meri, we want you to be completely delighted with your fashion purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags and protective liners are still in place.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
